GRAG AI factory ( https://aifactory.technology ) is hiring a hands-on Platform Product Manager with strong technical aptitude and experience to lead and deliver a variety of GRAG AI Platform product initiatives. A Platform Product Manager will interface with customers, prospects, and partners to understand user needs and customer use cases. In addition, a Platform Product Manager will work with Sales, Marketing, and Services to understand competitive trends, communicate product positioning, key benefits, and be the evangelist for their product offering. Platform Product managers serve as the primary focal point for the planning, design, and implementation stages of GRAG AI Platform product features. Responsibilities Own the product vision for their area. Ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company vision. Be an expert on the domain, the market, the trends. Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context and understand where we are going. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from problem discovery and user research to release and feedback loops. Define product requirements and technical specifications for data ingestion, entity resolution, and linking workflows. Understand customer datasets and workflows deeply to inform intelligent defaults and product design. Research and innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and NLP, and explore new techniques and technologies to improve the linking processes. Proven experience leading end-to-end implementation of multiple Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI projects, from ideation to deployment. Hands-on experience driving adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions at the enterprise level, with a focus on real-world impact and scalability. Experience building or managing data-heavy products (e.g., ETL tools, analytics platforms, data enrichment APIs). Collaborate with engineers to translate business logic into scalable technical solutions. Define functional requirements, develop detailed product specifications and associated project work plans for GRAG AI Platform features and key enhancements requests. Collaborate across teams. Product Managers play a critical role in creating alignment between Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Services and other stakeholders. A collaborative attitude is essential to the job. Support the GRAG AI Customer Services team on project governance activities (project plans, weekly status reviews, cross-functional meetings, executive status reviews). Effectively and proactively communicate with customers and build a trusted advisor relationship. Version control system experience with Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps. Mentor core customer team members on GRAG AI Platform capabilities. Regular travel (25+%) to sites is required.
