Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python + Data Science, AI & ML Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for training and mentoring individuals looking to build strong foundations and expertise in Python programming, data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. You will design and deliver practical, real-world training programs that enable learners to excel in the rapidly evolving field of data science and AI. Responsibilities: Design and develop comprehensive training programs and content covering Python fundamentals, Data Science concepts, machine learning algorithms, and AI models. Deliver interactive training sessions (virtual) for diverse audiences — from beginners to intermediate learners. Provide hands-on experience through coding exercises, projects, and case studies using tools like Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and others. Customize training modules based on participants' goals, industry needs, and technological trends. Stay updated with the latest developments in Data Science, AI, ML tools, techniques, and frameworks. Collaborate with data science experts and industry professionals to ensure relevant and current content delivery. Continuously evaluate learner progress through assessments, quizzes, and capstone projects, adjusting the learning path as needed. Support learners throughout their journey with mentorship, career guidance, and practical advice. Maintain and manage the training environment — datasets, development environments, cloud labs (AWS, GCP, or Azure, if needed). Requirements: Solid hands-on experience in Python programming and its application in data analysis, machine learning, and AI projects. Proven experience in designing and delivering training content in Python, Data Science, and AI/ML. Strong command of data science tools and libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/Keras/PyTorch. Experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in a clear, simple manner. Passion for teaching and empowering learners to succeed in tech. Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools used in AI/ML pipelines is a plus (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Colab, Vertex AI). Certifications such as IBM Data Science Professional, TensorFlow Developer, or equivalent are advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple training programs simultaneously. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a data science or machine learning engineer or trainer. Previous experience in delivering training or teaching in a professional setting, preferably in the field of DevOps. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to a diverse audience. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously. Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and performance optimization. Experience using project-based learning and capstone projects to reinforce learning. Proficiency with Jupyter, Git, version control, and collaborative platforms like GitHub or Kaggle. Familiarity with LMS and e-learning platforms is a plus. Team Cloud Train 📧 govind@thecloudtrain.com
