Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions.

Develop and maintain documentation of cloud infrastructure and procedures.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security and governance.

Provide technical support and training to junior team members on cloud monitoring tools and technologies.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience with cloud monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation of cloud infrastructure and procedures.
