New Initiatives AI Labs:

The Vision

The New Initiatives AI Labs

engineering the breakthrough

What You’ll Do

• Engineer from 0 to 1:

Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products. You’ll take an idea from a whiteboard sketch to a production-ready, scalable reality.

• Architect on AWS:

Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure that is as lean as it is powerful. You own the stack, the scale, and the stability.

• Direct CXO Collaboration:

Work as a technical thought partner to our leadership team. You aren't just taking requirements; you’re helping shape the strategic roadmap.

• The Full Lifecycle:

You develop it, you ship it, you maintain it, and you scale it. You own the "Connective Tissue" between complex AI models and a seamless user experience.

• Rapid Prototyping:

Build, test, and iterate on AI-driven experiments at a pace that would make most developers dizzy.

What We’re Looking For

• The Experience

: 3–5 years of battle-tested developer experience. You’ve built, deployed, and scaled products that people actually use.

• The AWS Edge:

You live and breathe the AWS ecosystem. You know how to leverage the right services to build fast and stay agile.

• The Builder’s Mindset:

You are a "hustler" who thrives in ambiguity. If a tool doesn't exist, you build it. If a process is slow, you automate it.

• Strategic Depth:

You understand that great code is useless if it doesn't solve a business problem. You can translate "CXO-speak" into elegant technical architecture.

• Technical Versatility:

Whether it's backend, infrastructure, or integrating the latest LLM, you are a polyglot who picks up the right tool for the job.

Why Joveo AI Labs

• Unrivaled Visibility

: Work directly with the CXOs

• Pure Innovation

: This is a "No Legacy Debt" zone. You get to use the latest tech to solve the hardest problems in HR Tech.

• Radical Ownership:

We don’t micromanage. We give you the mission and the autonomy to execute it.

• Steep Growth:

You will be at the epicenter of our AI-led transformation, gaining experience that would take a decade elsewhere.
