About the Role
ConceptNXT Technologies is expanding its technology services portfolio by establishing dedicated capabilities in Cloud Consulting, Cloud Infrastructure, Migration, DevOps and Managed Services.We are looking for a hands-on Cloud & DevOps Engineer who can design implementation-level solutions, deploy and manage cloud infrastructure, execute customer migration projects and develop automation capabilities across cloud environments.The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience with Microsoft Azure, working knowledge of AWS and proven ability to implement secure, reliable and cost-effective cloud solutions.This is a customer-facing engineering role requiring technical ownership, troubleshooting ability, implementation discipline and a willingness to contribute to a growing cloud services practice. The engineer will work closely with the Cloud Architect and existing Technology & Solutions team to deliver customer projects and establish reusable technical standards.

Key Responsibilities
A. Cloud Infrastructure Implementation
- Deploy, configure and manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
- Implement virtual machines, storage, networking, identity, backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Configure virtual networks, subnets, routing, VPN connectivity, network security groups and load-balancing components.
- Implement hybrid connectivity between customer on-premises infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Execute infrastructure sizing, configuration, performance tuning and operational optimisation.
- Implement approved cloud architectures in collaboration with the Cloud Architect.
- Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure and connectivity issues.
B. Cloud Migration & Modernisation
- Participate in cloud readiness assessments and migration planning.
- Execute migrations from on-premises, virtualised and hosted environments to Azure or AWS.
- Support migration of virtual machines, workloads, data and infrastructure services.
- Perform migration testing, validation, cutover and post-migration support.
- Identify technical dependencies, migration risks and operational requirements.
- Prepare migration runbooks, implementation documentation and handover materials.
C. DevOps & Infrastructure Automation
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and relevant cloud-native tools.
- Implement deployment automation using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or equivalent CI/CD platforms.
- Develop PowerShell, Bash or Python scripts for infrastructure provisioning and operational automation.
- Apply version control, configuration management and repeatable deployment practices.
- Support containerised workloads using Docker and relevant container orchestration technologies.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual deployment effort and improve implementation consistency.
D. Cloud Security & Governance
- Implement cloud identity and access controls, including RBAC, MFA and least-privilege access.
- Configure security policies, logging, monitoring and resource protection controls.
- Apply approved cloud security baselines and infrastructure hardening practices.
- Implement backup, recovery and disaster recovery configurations.
- Support cloud governance, resource tagging, policy enforcement and configuration compliance.
- Work with cybersecurity specialists when projects require advanced security expertise.
E. Cloud Monitoring, Operations & Optimisation
- Configure cloud monitoring, logging and alerting.
- Troubleshoot performance, availability, infrastructure and connectivity issues.
- Analyse cloud resource utilisation and recommend optimisation opportunities.
- Support cloud cost management and identify unnecessary or inefficient resource consumption.
- Develop operational runbooks, maintenance procedures and monitoring standards.
- Support the transition of completed cloud projects into ongoing support or managed services.
F. Customer Project Delivery
- Participate in customer technical discussions, implementation workshops and project planning.
- Translate approved solution designs into implementation activities and technical deliverables.
- Execute assigned cloud implementation and migration projects within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with customer IT teams, OEMs and technology partners.
- Perform technical testing, issue resolution and implementation validation.
- Prepare configuration documents, implementation reports, SOPs and customer handover documents.
- Conduct customer knowledge-transfer and technical enablement sessions.
G. Internal Capability Development
- Help establish standard deployment templates, scripts, checklists and reusable cloud configurations.
- Support the development of ConceptNXT’s cloud engineering practices and delivery standards.
- Assist presales teams with technical feasibility assessments, demonstrations and implementation estimates.
- Maintain relevant technical certifications and stay current with cloud platform developments.
- Share technical knowledge with existing infrastructure and support teams.

- Experience implementing cloud infrastructure in customer environments
- Experience participating in infrastructure migration projects
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate technical issues clearly
- Technical documentation and customer handover experience
Preferred / Additional Skills
- Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure services
- Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

- Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals

- Experience with managed services or MSP environments

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
- 4-7 years of relevant infrastructure, cloud engineering or DevOps experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience executing customer-facing cloud infrastructure or migration projects.
- Practical experience with scripting, automation and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with architects, project managers and customer
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
- HashiCorp Terraform Associate
- Relevant AWS certifications
Certifications are desirable; demonstrated hands-on delivery capability is more important.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
