Design, develop, and lead the implementation of scalable cloud-native applications and platform services. Architect and build backend services using Go, Python, Java, or similar enterprise technologies. Lead technical design discussions and drive architecture decisions across multiple product teams. Develop and maintain solutions on Kubernetes/OpenShift and other cloud platforms. Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, security controls, and operational excellence. Strong expertise in Kubernetes/OpenShift, container technologies (Docker/Podman), and microservices architectures. Expertise in Linux administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, networking, security, and operational management of large-scale production environments. Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance engineering. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or IBM Cloud. Strong DevOps skills including Git, GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, and Shell scripting. Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and modern automation practices. Strong Linux administration, troubleshooting, and production support experience. Experience leading technical initiatives and influencing architecture across large engineering organizations. Strong knowledge of container networking (CNI), and container-native storage technologies. Experience building highly available, mission-critical cloud platforms and services. Knowledge of Generative AI, AI/ML frameworks, and integration of AI capabilities into enterprise applications. Experience with observability tools, monitoring, logging, and performance analysis. Familiarity with virtualization technologies and hybrid cloud environments. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to mentor senior engineers, drive innovation, and adopt emerging technologies to solve business challenges.
