Closing Manager - Real Estate

We are looking for a result-oriented Closing Executive to manage client interactions, conduct property visits, negotiate deal terms, and convert qualified leads into successful rental and resale transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet property owners and prospective customers.
• Attend appointments generated by the inside sales and telecalling teams.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, budgets, and property expectations.
• Conduct property visits and showcase suitable properties to prospective clients.
• Explain property details, localities, rental terms, pricing, and resale potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and customers.
• Convert qualified leads into successful rental or resale deals.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients to improve conversion rates.
• Negotiate pricing, rental terms, and other deal requirements.
• Coordinate with property owners, clients, acquisition, telecalling, and operations teams.
• Facilitate deal finalization, documentation, and agreement formalities.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns during the closing process.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, property visits, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and deal closure targets.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from the initial meeting to successful deal closure.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
