Role Overview: As an Oracle Applications and Databases Maintenance Specialist, your main responsibility will be to maintain and optimize Oracle Applications and Databases. This will involve performing periodic database maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of Oracle Applications and Databases. Additionally, you will be managing and supporting Oracle Database and E-Business Suite Applications in both on-premises and cloud-based environments. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and optimize Oracle Applications and Databases - Perform periodic database maintenance tasks such as patching, backup, and recovery procedures - Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions - Manage and support Oracle Database and E-Business Suite Applications in on-premises and cloud-based environments - Monitor system performance and implement optimizations - Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard against unauthorized access - Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams - Create and update documentation for Oracle Applications and Databases Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - Proficiency in Databases and Oracle E-Business Suite - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills If you possess in-depth knowledge of cloning Oracle e-Business Suite R12.1 and R12.2 versions with exceptional troubleshooting abilities, experience in constructing complex topologies with advanced configuration options, and knowledge in Core DBA or Oracle Apps DBA, MsSql, MySql, and PeopleSoft Apps DBA, you will have a preference.
