For our annual family checkup, Madhushree helped us with the packages as per our requirements. Blood samples were drawn from home itself at 7:30 am by a representative and results for all were available in 24 hours.

One of the worst lab I have ever seen. Waiting time is too long and they have only one counter. Please improve your CTL otherwise Lab would be shut down.

Costumer service is poor. The staff is really arrogant. They never admit their mistake. I have experienced this 2-3 times. They don't even introduce their schemes to us. Even after a lot of arguments they try to prove that how they are right. Poor hospitality. But the reports are always correct.

CTL is best lab in Airoli.Staff is very cooperative.Thanks to Aditi ,she is very efficient in her work,& always polite with me.She even remember patients name also. They reports always on time without any delay.
