TechConnexions is looking for experienced Project Managers for a client in the healthcare and clinical research services space.

The role involves managing global projects, coordinating with international clients and partners, and ensuring smooth project delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start-up through execution and close-out.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, expenses, and invoicing.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and escalate critical matters when required.
• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project forecasts and progress reports.
• Drive client communication, stakeholder coordination, and process improvements.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in project management and end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and multiple stakeholders.
• Clinical research, CRO, healthcare, or clinical operations experience would be relevant.
