Job Title : Clinical Educator

Job Summary:
The Clinical Educator will plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs to nursing staff, ensuring competency and adherence to best practices. This role serves as a resource and mentor, promoting professional development and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver orientation and ongoing education programs for nursing staff
• Assess educational needs through observation, feedback, and performance data
• Facilitate clinical skills training, competency assessments, and workshops
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify and address knowledge gaps
• Support new hire onboarding and preceptorship programs
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational initiatives
• Promote compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff

Qualification: B Sc Nursing / Post basic B Sc Nursing / M Sc Nursing

Experience: 5 - 10 years
