Role & responsibilities

Operations & Transformation is responsible for leading and advancing the overall strategy, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives for Clinical Abstraction services within the Health Information Management Service Center (HSC). This role oversees abstraction operations, quality, productivity, compliance, workforce management, and process optimization while driving large-scale transformation programs that improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Information Management, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or related field required.

• Minimum 15 years of healthcare operations experience required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience managing large operational teams required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into practical business insight
