A highly regarded surgical and diabetic limb salvage centre in Chennai is seeking an Operations Manager and Clinic Administrator. The practice comprises an outpatient and diagnostic centre in Chennai, an operative surgical suite, alongside visiting surgical attachments at leading private hospitals. The facility integrates consultation rooms, specialized wound care suites, diagnostic imaging, an in house licensed pharmacy, a diabetic biomechanics laboratory, physiotherapy, custom footwear fabrication, and central administrative services.

2. Position Purpose

This senior position is established to insert a dedicated, disciplined administrative layer directly between front line clinic operations and the Founder Surgeon. The Operations Manager will take complete ownership of day to day facility administration, staff oversight, counter cash controls, patient queue management, and vendor coordination. The primary institutional objective is to insulate the Founder Surgeon from non clinical routine issues, enabling uninterrupted focus on complex surgical procedures, clinical protocols, and specialized patient consultations.
