Clinic Living Plus is a leading functional medicine clinic dedicated to helping patients achieve long-term wellness through holistic, science-backed treatments. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help connect patients with the right solutions for their health journey. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Communicate effectively with patients in English and Kannada . Educate prospective patients on our services using basic medical terminology. Follow up with leads and convert them into consultations/appointments. Maintain patient records and update CRM systems accurately. Work closely with the medical and front-desk teams to ensure a smooth patient experience. Achieve monthly sales/appointment targets. Requirements: Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory. Prior experience in healthcare sales, telecalling, or customer service preferred. Basic understanding of medical/healthcare terminology (functional medicine experience is a plus). Excellent communication and phone manners. Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
