Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Clinic In-Charge / Assistant Clinic In-Charge to manage daily clinic operations, ensure excellent patient care, coordinate with doctors and staff, and drive business conversion and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business conversion and revenue generation to achieve clinic targets.
• Ensure excellent patient handling, patient satisfaction, and regular patient follow-ups.
• Coordinate with doctors and build strong professional relationships.
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and general administration.
• Supervise and coordinate with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, front desk executives, and support staff.
• Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, punctuality, and discipline.
• Manage inventory, medicines, medical supplies, and clinic requirements.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Coordinate patient appointments, patient flow, and interdepartmental communication.
• Maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
• Address patient concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with management regarding clinic performance, staffing, and operational requirements.

Mandatory Skills and Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Strong patient handling and patient relationship management skills.
• Business conversion, sales, and revenue generation skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• A qualification in healthcare administration or hospital management will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in clinic management, hospital operations, healthcare administration, or patient coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
