Roles and Responsibilities Front Desk Management Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom. Maintain a pleasant and professional front-office environment. Handle walk-in inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales or service personnel. Customer Interaction Provide information about York AC products, prices, and ongoing offers. Record customer requirements and contact details for follow-up. Coordinate with the sales team for product demos or quotations. Communication Handling Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally. Forward calls to relevant departments and take messages accurately. Handle basic customer complaints or escalate to the service team if required. Sales and Billing Support Assist in preparing sales quotations and invoices. Maintain product brochures and price lists at the reception area. Support in coordinating product delivery or installation schedules. Coordination with Service Team Book and track installation/demo requests. Follow up with technicians for service updates. Update customers about service status or technician visit timing. Administrative Tasks Maintain attendance registers, visitor logs, and call records. Assist in managing daily office supplies and petty cash (if assigned). Keep the reception and showroom area neat and organized. Reporting Prepare daily enquiry and follow-up reports for the manager. Update customer database regularly. Support management in showroom operations and event coordination. Skills Required: Good communication in English and Tamil (Hindi optional). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business). Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude.
