As a CNC Turning Machine Operator at our company, your role will involve setting up and operating CNC turning machines to perform various operations on metal workpieces. Your responsibilities will include: - Loading raw materials, selecting cutting tools, and adjusting machine settings to ensure proper operation and quality of finished parts. - Interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining operations and tolerances. - Performing routine maintenance tasks on CNC turning machines to ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions, tooling issues, and quality problems to minimize downtime. - Maintaining accurate production records, including job setup sheets, tooling logs, and quality inspection reports. Our ideal candidate for this position will have: - Proven experience as a CNC Turning Machine Operator. - Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work instructions for machine setup and operation. - Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation to maintain high standards of accuracy and precision. In addition to the above, you should have the following skills: - Knowledge of Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc. - Knowledge of basic machine setting and offset setting. Qualification Requirements: - Minimum SSC qualification is required. Location and Commitments: - The working hours are from Monday to Saturday with a 6-day working culture and rotational shifts. - Sundays are off.
