Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

CXO Client Engagement:

Develop and nurture relationships with CXO clients, understanding their unique profiles and needs. Act as a trusted advisor, consistently providing updates and progress reports.

Service Delivery Management:

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of service deliveries, ensuring they align with client expectations and timelines. Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee that all deliverables are of the highest quality and delivered punctually.

Communication Excellence:

Facilitate clear, concise, and effective communication channels with clients. Tailor communication style to suit the high-level and sophisticated nature of CXO clients. Strategic Consultation:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record in a Client Success, Account Management, or similar role within a B2C environment.
• Demonstrable experience managing CXO level clients. Superb communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of customer relationship management and service delivery. Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to create and execute client success plans.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is must.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
