Client Success Manager (CXO)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to manage relationships with individual CXO-level clients in a B2C environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate service delivery and ensure a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level clients and understand their individual needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and progress reports.
• Coordinate service delivery, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality and meet client expectations.
• Provide strategic guidance based on clients’ professional backgrounds, goals, and requirements.
• Collect client feedback and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Resolve client concerns and manage escalations promptly and professionally.
• Develop client success plans to improve client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client success, account management, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
• Experience managing CXO-level or senior executive clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management and service delivery.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury services, premium client servicing, or other high-touch service environments.
• Experience managing individual clients and delivering personalized services.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
