Client Servicing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships.
• Understand client requirements, business objectives, brand guidelines, and marketing expectations.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on ongoing projects and campaign progress.
• Campaign Coordination & Execution
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content, Design, Video Production, and other relevant teams, to execute client campaigns.
• Ensure campaign deliverables are aligned with client briefs, brand guidelines, and agreed timelines.
• Track campaign progress and ensure timely delivery of creatives, content calendars, reports, and other marketing assets.
• Client Communication & Account Management
• Handle day-to-day client communication through email, calls, meetings, and messaging platforms.
• Prepare meeting agendas, maintain minutes of meetings (MoMs), and track action items.
• Communicate client feedback, revisions, approvals, and new requirements to the relevant internal teams.
• Proactively identify potential concerns and resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Project & Timeline Management
• Prepare and maintain project trackers, campaign calendars, deliverable schedules, and approval timelines.
• Monitor pending tasks and follow up with internal teams to ensure projects stay on track.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Escalate delays, resource constraints, and execution challenges to the reporting manager.
• Digital Marketing Understanding
• Develop a working understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, digital advertising, influencer marketing, and other relevant digital services offered by the agency.
• Understand campaign objectives, target audiences, platforms, and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate with performance marketing and social media teams to understand campaign performance and communicate relevant updates to clients.
• Support the preparation and presentation of campaign reports, insights, and recommendations.
• Client Feedback & Quality Control
• Review deliverables before sharing them with clients to ensure they align with the approved brief and requirements.
• Consolidate client feedback and communicate clear, actionable revision instructions to internal teams.
• Track approval cycles and minimise unnecessary revisions through clear communication and accurate briefing.
• Ensure all final deliverables meet agreed quality standards.
• Account Growth & Client Retention
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and strengthen existing accounts.
• Understand evolving client requirements and suggest relevant digital marketing services where appropriate.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services in coordination with the business development team.
• Maintain client satisfaction and proactively address concerns that may affect account retention.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain records of client briefs, campaign plans, approvals, feedback, meeting notes, and project updates.
• Prepare regular account status reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
• Maintain accurate records of deliverables, pending approvals, client requests, and project dependencies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
