About the Role
Client Services & Sales Associate
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour and experience catering to high-end customers. The role requires someone who can deliver a seamless customer experience while proactively identifying sales opportunities, recommending suitable membership packages and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing:
Manage front-desk operations, welcome clients, handle class check-ins and ensure a premium, personalised customer experience.Sales & Upselling:
Promote memberships, class packages, services and retail products while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.Revenue Generation:
Work towards predefined sales targets, contribute to studio revenue and follow up with prospective and existing clients to drive conversions.Relationship Management:
Build strong client relationships, understand customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations to improve retention and repeat business.Studio Operations:
Maintain the studio's premium look and feel, ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high standards of presentation and service.Team Coordination:
Coordinate with fitness instructors and internal teams to ensure seamless studio operations and customer satisfaction.Product Knowledge:
Develop a strong understanding of the brand's offerings, membership plans, services and retail products.Problem Resolution:
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.Team Support:
Assist in onboarding and coaching new team members when required and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Candidate Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, luxury retail or a related customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.
- A polished personality, professional grooming and the ability to carry oneself confidently in a premium customer-facing environment.
- Experience interacting with high-end clientele and delivering personalised customer service.
- A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets, upsell services and convert leads into paying customers.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking and organisational abilities.
- Good computer skills and the ability to manage front-desk systems and customer information.
- A genuine interest in fitness, wellness and lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment.

Compensation & Selection Process
CTC:
4.8–5.4 LPA, plus performance-based incentives.Work Schedule:
Six days per week, with weekend working mandatory.Shift:
Day shift.Interview Process:
Three stages, including a company knowledge assessment, an in-person interview with the reporting manager and a virtual interview.
