Role & Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and acquire 7-8 new clients each month from the open market, focusing on building long-term relationships with both individual and institutional clients. Cross-Selling & Upselling : Promote and sell a range of third-party investment products to existing and new clients, enhancing their investment portfolios and meeting their financial goals. Revenue Generation : Drive revenue through comprehensive sales strategies across all financial products offered, ensuring a broad client base and diversified income streams. SIP Target Achievement: Consistently acquire clients for Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), aiming for a monthly target of 5 SIPs with Rs. 2000 each.
