About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to grow their skills across multiple digital channels. This role will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management : Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email, and other platforms. Content Coordination : Work with content creators to ensure timely delivery of blogs, newsletters, graphics, and social media posts. Social Media : Manage daily posting, engagement, and reporting across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.). Email Marketing : Coordinate email campaigns, segment audiences, track open/click rates, and support lead nurturing. SEO & Website Updates : Collaborate on keyword research, on-page optimization, and uploading/updating web content via CMS. Analytics & Reporting : Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Collaboration : Liaise with vendors, freelancers, and internal teams to align campaigns with business goals. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships or entry-level roles considered). Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
