Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) - Job Description Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Growth: Drive business expansion by identifying and onboarding new clients, while nurturing and strengthening long-term relationships with existing ones. Product Promotion & Cross-Selling : Actively promote a diverse range of financial products (SIPs, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equities) and identify cross-selling opportunities to help clients achieve their financial aspirations. Personalized Financial Advisory: Conduct in-depth, personalized consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and provide bespoke investment strategies that align with their needs. Sales & Revenue Generation : Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by successfully generating revenue from both new acquisitions and current client relationships. Client Retention & Satisfaction: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with services, addressing inquiries, and managing their evolving financial requirements. Market Intelligence : Stay well-informed on industry trends, market shifts, new financial products, and regulatory changes to offer clients the best solutions available. Requirements: Educational Qualification : Graduate Experience : Minimum 6 months in a sales role, preferably in BFSI, NBFC, Broking, or Banking sectors. Product Knowledge : Good understanding of Equity, Insurance, Banking, SIPs, and Mutual Funds. Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office tools. Preferred Candidate Profile: At least 6 months of experience in selling CASA, Insurance, Dmat, SIPs, or Mutual Funds. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong customer focus, with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively. Experience or familiarity with the broking industry is an added advantage.
