The Junior Zoho Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Zoho applications, specifically Zoho HRMS. Daily tasks include customizing modules, creating and managing workflows, providing technical support, and ensuring system efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with teams to ensure optimal implementation of Zoho solutions and contributing to overall business goals. Location: Sector 63, Noida Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–5 years (Zoho experience preferred) About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant who can interact with customers, understand their business requirements, document the complete process, and coordinate with our technical team for Zoho implementation. This person will be the bridge between clients and the development team. Key Responsibilities Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering Conduct requirement-gathering calls with customers. Understand their business processes across CRM, Finance, HR, Operations, or custom workflows. Ask the right questions to collect accurate details and expectations. Suggest best practices on how Zoho products can solve customer challenges. Documentation Prepare BRD (Business Requirements Document). Prepare SRS (System Requirement Specification) when needed. Prepare workflow diagrams, process flowcharts, and user stories. Maintain clear, structured, and professional documentation for internal and client use. Project Coordination Coordinate with the technical/implementation team to ensure requirements are understood. Track project progress and ensure timely delivery. Communicate updates to clients regularly. Ensure client feedback is documented and shared with the team. Client Communication Act as the primary point of contact for the client during the project. Handle emails, follow-ups, clarifications, and status updates. Present demos, walk-throughs, and training sessions with support from the team. Maintain a positive customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations). Experience with Zoho products is a plus. Ability to prepare clear and detailed documentation.
