Qualifications Experience in managing and supervising staff Skills in customer service and guest relations Proficiency in inventory management and supplies monitoring Knowledge of safety and hygiene compliance standards Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
