Role Summary: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). Design, configure, and maintain identity-based network access control via Cisco ISE. Lead AAA policy implementation across wired, wireless, SDA, and VPN environments. Collaborate with network/security teams to ensure secure and compliant ISE integration. Monitor and optimize ISE for performance, scalability, and reliability. Enforce identity policies to maintain security compliance. Troubleshoot complex ISE-related access and policy issues. Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks. Responsibilities: Design ISE policies: 802.1X, MAB, posture assessment, guest access, BYOD. Integrate ISE with identity providers (Active Directory, LDAP, PKI). Configure and manage TACACS+/RADIUS for network device admin. Perform regular patching, upgrades, backups, and health checks.
