Key Responsibilities: • Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules. • Oversee maintenance of mechanical equipment • Plan preventive maintenance schedules. • Analyze breakdowns and lead corrective actions. • Improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce downtime and material waste. • Collaborate with R&D for process enhancements and technology upgrades. • Work with QA teams to troubleshoot quality issues • Lead projects such as capacity expansion, automation, or new product lines. Qualifications Diploma/ B.Tech in Mechanical Experience 0-3 years in Steel Manufacturing Industry (Fresher can also apply).
