Your expertise should lie in BMC firmware development on X86 or ARM Platforms, encompassing various aspects such as BMC-BIOS communication, thermal management, power management, firmware update, device monitoring, and firmware security. Your responsibilities will include board bring-up, where you must demonstrate proficiency in handling device drivers like I2C/I3C, SPI, PCIe, SMBus, Mail-box, etc. Additionally, you should be well-versed in device trees for U-Boot and Linux kernel. Experience with OOB or In-band System Management is preferred, along with familiarity with standards such as IPMI, KCS, and DMTF Standards. A sound understanding of REST architecture style, particularly JSON over HTTPS with OAuth, is essential for this role. Additionally, you should have exposure to OOB or In-band System Management with knowledge of standards like IPMI, KCS, and DMTF Standards (PLDM, MCTP, Redfish, PMBus, NVMe, etc.).
