Job Description

Key Responsibility: Conduct classroom and practical training on civil engineering concepts, construction techniques, and site management. Develop and update training materials in line with industry standards and technological advancements. Assess trainees’ knowledge and practical skills through evaluations and hands-on activities. Maintain training equipment and ensure facilities are prepared for effective learning sessions. Requirement: AutoCAD/ diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required. Strong communication and instructional skills with the ability to train individuals of varying skill levels are required. Proficiency in civil engineering tools, surveying instruments, and construction safety standards is necessary.
