Description
We are looking for a skilled Civil Supervisor with a strong background in infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, drainage systems, utilities, and public works. The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site civil construction activities, ensuring quality execution, adherence to safety standards, and timely project completion. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for infrastructure projects. Ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule. Monitor the quality and safety of work performed by contractors and labor teams. Liaise with Project Engineers, Site Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues on-site. Maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports, material consumption, and manpower deployment. Oversee earthworks, concrete works, roadwork, culverts, utility installations, and other infrastructure-related activities. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, environmental standards, and client requirements. Conduct routine inspections and quality control checks. Participate in site meetings and report updates to the Project Manager. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 4–8 years of experience in a supervisory role on large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, equipment, and safety procedures. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Hands-on experience in roadworks, drainage systems, bridges, or utility networks is preferred. Excellent team leadership and coordination skills. Working knowledge of MS Office and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is a plus. Must be willing to work on-site and adapt to flexible schedules as required.
