Role & responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities, including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing works.

Ensure reinforcement bar cutting, bending, placing, and binding are carried out as per drawings and specifications.
Supervise finishing activities, including plastering, flooring, painting, and other civil works.
Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure quality standards, site safety, and project timelines are maintained.
Monitor manpower, material usage, and daily work progress at the site.
