Job Description

Prior Experience in Structure & Execution & Finishing, External Development of Civil Work
Exposure in preparation of budget & Forecasting
Planning & Completion of project as per deadline.
Ensuring Structure & Finishing work done with quality standard.
Budgeting, Monitoring & executing project within budget.
Ensuring safety protocols to be followed along with supportive staff.
Coordination with Design team, Contractors and billing.
Activities he will Carry out.
Planning, supervision & monitoring of site activities related to Structure work.
Co-ordination with PM & Contractors.
Preparing BBS and submitting to related department
Develop team & maximize productivity of staff & workers.
Quality & Safety of work.
To raise material requirement to related department for smooth execution work
Any other work as assigned by Project manager
