Civil Engineer (Industrial Projects)

Job Description

1. Project Execution: Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project progress. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site. 2. Technical Supervision: Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to standards and resolve any technical issues that arise on-site. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports. 3. Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, effectively. o Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Manage site inventory and ensure optimal utilization of resources. 4. Structural Engineering & Foundation: Analyzing each element of a structure to determine pressure and loads generated by human or environmental influence Performing mathematical calculations Designing a structure that resists all types of loads it is subject to Creating specifications and structural models with computer-assisted design software Evaluating elements configuration, alternating between analysis and design until they create a final configuration Writing reports and tracking project progress Inspecting construction sites and following safety guidelines Collaborating with project managers and contractors Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Civil Execution & Structures: 3 years (Required) Industrial Projects: 2 years (Required) Civil engineering: 4 years (Required) Location: Surat, Gujarat (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
