Civil Engineer for ECR Chennai location

• Site Development & Infrastructure: Manage site grading, earthwork, road networks, parking lots, utility lines (water, sewage, storm drainage, power conduits), and accessibility ramps.
• Project & Site Supervision: Monitor on-site construction, coordinate with contractors, architects, structural/mechanical engineers, and creative/theming teams.
• Safety & Code Compliance: Ensure all civil and structural works adhere to local building codes, amusement park safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Maintenance & Retrofits
• 3-5 years of experience in Resort Civil Work.
• Room Renovation
• Pathway Renovation
• Quotation Evaluation
• Bill Checking

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
