Job Title: Civil Engineer (3 to 6 Years Experience) Location: Golaghat , ASSAM Job Type: Full-time Department: Building Construction *****Immediate Joiners are Required***** Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Execution Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our building construction team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil construction projects, including the preparation and management of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), autolevel,site execution, and supervision of construction activities to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Site Execution: Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site. Coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of construction work as per the approved plans and drawings. Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality assurance protocols. Monitor the progress of work and report regularly to senior engineers and project managers. Bar Bending Schedule (BBS): Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules for the project based on structural drawings and design. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the required reinforcement material is available on-site. Ensure proper handling and storage of reinforcement steel as per BBS. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on construction work. Identify any issues or discrepancies and report them for corrective action. Ensure compliance with project specifications, local building codes, and other relevant standards. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed site records, including daily progress reports, material consumption, and work schedules. Provide necessary documentation and reports related to BBS, work progress, and quality control to the project manager. Team Coordination: Liaise with various stakeholders including contractors, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with site teams for timely mobilization and resource allocation. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to the construction team for any site-related issues. Assist in resolving technical queries and provide solutions based on engineering principles. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in civil execution and construction project management. Skills: Basic experience with Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation and verification. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control. Strong understanding of site safety regulations. Good communication and coordination skills. Desired Skills: Proficient in construction management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Familiarity with structural design and construction methods. Knowledge of concrete work and reinforcement detailing. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
