Role Description We are seeking a visionary Co-Founder with deep expertise in Marketing & Sales for Myrtle Toys (CitrusMint Retail LLP). The Co-Founder will invest ₹50 Lakhs, lead business development, and drive go-to-market strategy, brand growth, and sales execution—scaling Myrtle Toys into a trusted household brand across India and beyond. Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market & Brand Strategy: Build and execute a robust roadmap to position Myrtle Toys as a leading brand. Revenue & Growth Targets: Deliver ambitious sales milestones (₹50–70 lakhs per SKU annually). Sales & Distribution: Expand across retail, modern trade, e-commerce, and distribution networks. Customer Acquisition: Drive adoption among millennial parents and Gen Z kids, building loyalty and repeat purchases. Retail Partnerships: Forge collaborations with toy retailers, wholesalers, malls, and online marketplaces. Brand Awareness: Lead impactful marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and experiential channels. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales & marketing team. Strategic Input: Contribute to long-term growth plans including exports, backward integration, and content-driven storytelling (micro drama series). Qualifications & Experience 15+ years in sales, marketing, and business development in retail/consumer products (toys, FMCG, lifestyle preferred).
