Role Description We are seeking a Team Lead for a full-time, on-site position located in Panki. As a Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations, manage and guide team members to achieve performance goals, and ensure the seamless execution of logistics processes. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, monitoring workflow efficiency, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining effective communication both within your team and with clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve systems and processes is an integral part of this role. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound operations Hire and coordinate delivery boys Handle daily cash collection and deposit Ensure accurate shipment reconciliation Reduce and control condition losses Requirements Must be a local candidate Strong communication skills Comfortable with the local language Prior experience in logistics or team handling is preferred Salary Range: 15,000 to 20,000 per month To Apply: Share your resume at hr@citiflier.com
