We are committed to technical excellence and client success. About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Surat. This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of our cloud and DevOps services. The Service Delivery Manager will lead the performance and productivity of our internal engineering teams, manage external vendor engagements, and work closely with client-facing teams to achieve project and service excellence for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Team Performance & Operations Management: Manage and monitor the performance, occupancy, and productivity of internal engineering teams, with a strong emphasis on individual engineer performance and development. Oversee daily team operations , including work reporting, tracking team timings, and managing timesheets. Conduct regular reviews of team goals, ongoing work, and project deliveries to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and quality standards. Implement and enforce best practices for team management and operational efficiency. Service Delivery & Client Alignment: Collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to understand client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery. Ensure all project and service deliveries meet defined quality standards, timelines, and client expectations. Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors on assigned work. Understand and meticulously document technical and business requirements from customers and internal teams for work to be assigned to external vendors. Effectively assign tasks and oversee work delegated to external vendors. Collect, review, and validate work reports from vendors, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, and deliverables. Monitor and assess vendor performance to ensure high standards and efficient collaboration, and provide feedback. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) in IT service delivery or operations management roles. Experience working in a cloud consulting, DevOps consulting, or software development company is highly preferable. Demonstrated experience in managing technical teams. Prior experience with vendor management, including requirements gathering, delegation, and performance oversight. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps methodologies. Solid understanding and practical experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL). Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment. Language Proficiency (Mandatory): Fluent in English (written and verbal). Conversational in Hindi (written and verbal). Location (Mandatory): Must be able to work from our Surat, Gujarat office.
