Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in New Delhi for the position of State Head - Tamil Nadu. The State Head will oversee and manage operations, drive business growth, and ensure compliance within the state. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, maintaining customer relationships, managing vendor and stakeholder relations, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in business strategy development and implementation Proficiency in vendor and stakeholder management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Manage Distributors and Retailers Channel Sales GTV Growth through CMS, AEPS, DMT, MATM By Expanding Distributors and Retailers Network. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field Experience in the fintech is mandatory Requirement Minimum 5 to 10 years in the Fintech, Telecom, industries Candidates should be Ready for immediate joining
