Que system is not there for radio therapy patients waiting since morning. And those came afterwards will be attended. Hospital authority to look in this matter. Higher official need to intervene. One tokenise que system is need of time not manual. Machine cost is very less. This is requirement of hospital industry.

Doctor good but the system is very bad lot of confusion waiting is very much and CM and PM fund money is bungled patients are not told the real amount.

Had a wonderful experience at Lucknow Cancer Institute. Prompt service and a welcoming atmosphere. Staff was polite and courteous. Admin support was exceptional in all matters from the date of admission till discharge. They kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Doctor do not listen to patient, doctors do not use new scissors for stitches and their staff is super lazy even after you pay them heavy fees they don't pay attention to what patient want.
