Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service support, offering technical support to clients, and performing maintenance and repair tasks. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure their equipment is functioning correctly and providing solutions to technical problems as they arise. Qualifications Must know Malayalam - Ideally a Keralite Must have own Motorcycle / Scooter Must have the passion to learn and improve Must have an interest in Troubleshooting and mastering Technical Support skills Must have the ability to work independently and remotely Good to have Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair Good to have Excellent Communication skills Good to have Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Relevant certifications or technical training is beneficial - ITI, Diploma, BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, etc.
