▶︎ Job Details Job Title: Business Application Support Operations Manager (India Liaison) Working Location: India (Remote– some onsite may be required) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: USD $50,000 – $60,000 per year (EOD) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (flexibility required to coordinate with India Standard Time) Language: English (Business level) ▶︎ Key Responsibilities Serve as the central coordinator between the U.S.-based engineering and application support teams and offshore vendors (primarily in India) Monitor offshore team performance and ensure all services meet SLA requirements (response time, resolution time, documentation) Manage service ticket escalations, coordination across time zones, and support ongoing system operations Conduct regular check-in meetings with the offshore service managers and technical leads to track service delivery status Review and approve service reports, root cause analyses, monthly summaries, and incident documentation in compliance with customer requirements Maintain visibility into ticket pipelines, proactively prevent delays or miscommunication, and ensure stakeholder updates Translate technical updates into actionable reports for U.S. stakeholders and act as a cultural and operational bridge Support service improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing process enhancements ▶︎ The right candidate will possess Strong experience working with offshore IT service providers, preferably with India-based vendors Ability to handle multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and maintain quality standards Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or MS365 is preferred Proficient in tracking KPIs, SLA metrics, and reporting service performance to internal stakeholders Able to work effectively across cultural differences and align global teams on expectations ▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 6years of experience in IT operations, technical support coordination, or service delivery management Proven experience managing or working with offshore (India-based) support or development teams Business-level English communication skills (verbal and written) Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud systems, or ERP application support is preferred Flexibility to attend meetings across U.S. and India time zones as needed Powered by JazzHR 9rA7eMFZo5
