We collaborate with film production houses, OTT platforms, and celebrities to deliver compelling digital campaigns, content strategies, and fan engagement initiatives across social media and digital platforms. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Operations Manager to lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and operational management for movie promotions. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing knowledge, project coordination skills, and a passion for films. Marketing: Plan and execute 360° digital marketing campaigns for movies (trailers, teasers, posters, social media). Develop creative strategies for content virality, fan engagement, and community building. Collaborate with design, content, and video editing teams to deliver campaign assets. Manage ad spends across platforms (Meta, YouTube, Instagram, etc.). Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report key insights. Build relationships with influencers, meme pages, and media partners for collaborations. Operations: Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure timely delivery of assets and updates. Maintain production schedules and checklists for promotional campaigns. Oversee digital asset approvals from film producers and directors. Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across projects. Handle crisis management and live content support (e.g., trailer drops, press meets, etc.). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Media, Business, or related field. Experience in digital marketing or entertainment promotions. Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and film-based marketing. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Familiar with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Trello/Asana. Bonus Points For: Prior experience working with film promotions or entertainment clients.
