Role & responsibilities Skilled in obtaining timely procurement of materials at favourable TBE to ensure smooth execution of projects with end-to-end tendering & finalization of contracts with vendors.Issued & Request for Quotation (RFQs), Modification Requests (MRs), Purchase Orders (POs) as per project schedule; scrutinized quotations, prepared commercial & technical bid tables. Rich experience in managing preparation & evaluation of competitive quotations from vendors and subsequent contractual negotiations.

Role & responsibilities Responsible for raising purchase orders and maintaining procurement records. Assists in contractor selections by gathering procurement specifications and tender bids received from suppliers. To Produce and control document requirement for Custom Clearance / Delivery of Goods. To be responsible for contacting & Liasoning with Suppliers for timely Payment as per Contract.To Monitor, Control & Carry Out all aspects of financial issues as required for the project and bear ultimate responsibility for any scope changes and matters of contractual nature.
