Benchmark competitor listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho to understand positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics. Summarize findings in concise reports to share with senior e-commerce managers. Order & inventory tracking: Monitor order flow and inventory levels across all platforms daily. Update the inventory sheet (Excel/Google Sheets) to reflect stock status, pending restocks, and backorder dates. Coordinate with warehouse or logistics partners to confirm shipment pick-ups, in-transit status, and delivery confirmations. Reporting & analysis: Prepare a weekly performance report detailing: Total orders, cancellations, returns, and net sales Inventory turnover rates and days-of-stock coverage Basic KPI trends (clicks, sessions, conversion rate) if data is accessible Use Excel functions (LOOKUP, filters, pivot tables) to clean and present data. Growth experiment support: Assist in setting up festive or seasonal offers- festive bundles, “Buy 1 Get 1,” or platform-specific coupon codes. Track the performance of these offers, noting uplift in sessions or conversion rates. Support the coordination of promotional creatives, ensuring banners and copy go live on time. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on upcoming campaigns and promotional calendars. Liaise with the operations team to share real-time sales feedback and recommend restocks for fast-moving SKUs.
