Location : Hyderabad About the role: CII CIES is seeking a dynamic and driven Startup Programme Associate to support the design, execution, and growth of the Centres startup initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and ecosystem building. The candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with startups, mentors, investors, and internal teams to ensure the success of our programmes. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing startup programmes, including accelerators, incubators, and innovation challenges. Coordinate outreach, onboarding, and engagement of startups, mentors, and partners. Support programme logistics including scheduling, communications, and event management. Track and report on programme metrics, startup progress, and stakeholder feedback. Conduct market research and ecosystem mapping to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Maintain databases for startups, mentors, and investors. Contribute to content creation for newsletters, social media, and programme documentation. Facilitate workshops, pitch sessions, and networking events. Generate revenue for the centre through projects Experience 2-3 years of experience in startup ecosystems, programme management, or innovation roles. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members. Familiarity with the startup lifecycle, funding stages, and innovation methodologies. Experience working with incubators, accelerators, or venture capital firms. Exposure to startup mentoring or founder support. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Passion for startups, technology, and impact-driven innovation.
