Description
As a Data Maintenance Specialist, your role involves maintaining Client data within the Client Central repository by performing various tasks such as onboarding new Clients, updating amendments, hierarchy changes, static data updates, mergers, and deactivations within specified timelines. It is crucial to ensure that all requests are only actioned from authorized sources and are clearly understood before any action is taken. You will be responsible for accurately maintaining static/reference data on the system after conducting quality checks and adhering to procedural guidelines. Additionally, you will need to proactively resolve open issues and escalations while keeping management informed. Collaborating with requestors/business partners, conducting data analysis/research, and meeting remediation requirements are also part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be required to maintain MIS reports, ensure accurate volumes/productivity, and possess the following qualifications: - University Graduate - 4-6 years of experience in financial services or related industries - Fluency in both written and spoken English - Good computer skills, with knowledge in the use of Macros/advanced Excel being a plus.
