It's fine that it's finally in Jaipur. Though the products available didn't give you much flexibility in terms of choice, otherwise it's superb. Recently they have also started to level product prices with Amazon, which is great for consumers.

I bought an Panasonic AC from this store chroma wtp, the AC stopped working in about 6months and the store said they don’t take responsibility for it, the Panasonic service team tried to fix AC but it never resolved. It’s disappointing when you spent 50k for a product and you get a defective piece.

Worst service! Rude behaviour! No help provided once the product is purchased! Staff including the Manager are rude ! No replacement for any person. If one is absent you gotta wait for them to come back to have your issues resolved (which will be resolved or not- even that is not sure).We are asked to manage ourselves everything...!

Bad service ever had! making false promises .We pre booked our I PHONE 16 PRO 15 days ago.we got calls also that our product was shipped 2 days earlier but when we arrived at the store, they gave our product to someone else by mistake and now they are making false excuses. IS THIS A JOKE AUR WHAT??

One stop to buy all electronic and mobile. Croma is very famous across india.. really appreciate now thy are in jaipur too. One good thing is that you will always get most of all product available here with live demo's. But Price's are not …
