Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser located in Bhiwandi, Mumbai. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product displays, ensuring product availability, and optimizing retail presentations. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with suppliers, conducting market research, developing samples with the sampling team. The Merchandiser will also work closely with the sales & teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building strong organizational culture, streamlining HR operations, and aligning people strategies with business goals.
